I disagree. It's a pattern with him. When he found out his own ambassador got slaughtered, he went golfing, and then hopped on AirForce 1 for a fundraiser. After the Paris attacks, he didn't bother going there when everyone did.
He knows exactly what he's doing. He just doesn't give a shit about the way it looks. And for a guy so image conscious as our Narcissist In Chief, not giving a shit about how it looks is not an oversight. It's an insight into him. And the way he makes it look is embarrassing. That damn photo is an embarrassment. When I see it, I want to ape those Code Pink hypocrites from a decade ago and yell "That man does not represent me or my country!"
